Why not use a calendar, planning a new seasonal activity to try each month, as a gratitude journal?
Have a go at a nature-themed activity, such as writing a poem about snowdrops in January, and write notes of little things you're grateful for each week, e.g. the sunshine through my window this morning was lovely.
