Raffle Terms and Conditions
Rewild London Raffle 2025 Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Rewild London Raffle 2025 (“Raffle”) organized by London Wildlife Trust (“Promoter,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Eligibility The Raffle is open to individuals aged 18 and older, residing in the United Kingdom. Employees within the fundraising and marketing & communications team of London Wildlife Trust are not eligible to participate.
3. Accessibility Due to the historic nature of the British Pullman, the train is not wheelchair accessible. For guests with limited mobility, there are handrails on board. Please do get in touch with queries on this and we will work with Belmond to answer particular questions and accessibility needs.
4. Raffle Period The Raffle begins on 6th February 2025 and ends at 11.59pm on 21st December 2025. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
5. How to Enter Participants can enter the Raffle by purchasing a London Wildlife Trust Annual membership via the QR code found on the farewell card and menu. Each entry must be received by 11.59pm on 21st December 2025.
6. Entry Fees Each entry costs £90.
7. Prizes The prizes for the Raffle include 2 tickets to Wimbledon Gentlemen’s final 2026.
8. Winner Selection Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 22nd December 2025.
9. Winner Notification Winners will be notified within 24 hours after drawing by email and will be displayed on the London Wildlife Trust website with their surname and location. If a winner does not respond within seven days an alternative winner may be selected.
10. Disqualification The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from participation in the Raffle or the acceptance of any prize.
12. Changes to Terms The Promoter reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on wildlondon.org.uk/join-us-british-pullman-rewild-journey
