About the event

Join LWT bat enthusiast Laura as she leads you on a bat walk through Walthamstow Wetlands after hours. After a short introduction about these charasmatic animals we'll head out on to the reserve with some bat detectors to try and see some flying around, and hear them as they emit echolocation calls to find their food. The walk will be fully outdoors, unless it is raining heavily, in which case we will change the format of the event to be a more in-depth presentation.

Spaces are limited and booking is essential - please email membership@wildlondon.org.uk to book your place.

Feel free to bring your own bat detectors, binoculars and a red-light torch if you have them and wrap up warm for your exclusive evening tour.
